FCUL
The Faculty of Sciences is an autonomous unit integrating the largest Portuguese university the University of Lisbon. The Faculty of Sciences has a long tradition of training and research in fundamental sciences, having also an important activity in applied science.
FCUL currently has more than 5000 students distributed among the three Bologna cycles. The Faculty is organized in departments, among them the Department of Geographic Geophysical and Energy Engineering (DEGGE), which is responsible for the Energy and Environment Engineering course that devotes particular attention to the themes of the energy transition.
